We are excited to announce some mid-summer changes happening at Cafe Alma.
On Monday, July 17th, menus designed by Spring Finn & Co. Studio landed on our tables sharing new dishes from Chefs Matti Sprague & Carrie Riggs, and seasonal cocktails by the Alma/Bittercube bar team.
New lunch, bakery and happy hour offerings are part of the change too. Monday through Friday, beginning at 7am, breakfast will be limited to our bakery menu. We will be adding a seasonal quiche, egg, bacon & cheese tartlettes, and toasted bread with signature spreads, alongside fresh squeezed juices, nourishing bone broth, smoothies... and of course the beautiful handmade, small batch baked goods that Pastry Chef Carrie Riggs and team have been perfecting since our first bakery pop-ups two years ago.
The weekday Cafe lunch menu will continue to offer signature items like our spicy turkey burger, masa corn cake with smoked beef brisket and tomato-bread soup with the addition of some new items like fresh semolina fusilli with summer pesto, green beans & sweet corn and miso glazed salmon with summer vegetables & sweet pickles.
